Optivue Insight is a Chrome extension designed to help users analyze the current web page for SEO, technical, content, links, structured data, and performance-related signals

1. What Optivue Insight Does

Optivue Insight runs an SEO audit on the active page only when the user opens the extension and starts the audit The extension may inspect page-level information such as:

• Structured data such as JSON-LD, Microdata, and RDFa

• Basic browser performance signals available locally

• The extension may temporarily store the latest audit results during the current browser session using chrome.storage.session This allows users to close and reopen the extension without re-running the audit immediately on the same page

• Session-stored audit data is temporary and is not intended for long-term storage

• Optivue Insight does not use chrome.storage.local for permanent audit history in this version

4. Data Sharing

• Optivue Insight does not share audit results, page content, browsing activity, or personal information with Vlinzza or any third party

• The extension does not use remote analytics scripts inside the extension

5. External Links

The extension includes a Services section that may contain links to pages on the Vlinzza website

• These links may include UTM parameters to help Vlinzza understand that a visit came from the Optivue Insight extension

• When users click these links, they leave the extension and open the Vlinzza website The Vlinzza website may be subject to its own privacy practices and analytics tools

6. Permissions Used

Optivue Insight requests the following Chrome permissions:

• activeTab

  Used to allow the extension to access the current active tab only after the user interacts with the extension and starts an audit

• scripting

  Used to run the local audit script on the active page and extract SEO-related signals from the current page

• storage

  Used to temporarily store audit results during the browser session so users do not need to re-run the audit every time they reopen the extension

The extension does not request broad host permissions and does not run on all websites automatically

7. Remote Code

Optivue Insight does not execute remote code The extension’s functionality is included in the packaged extension files

Optivue Insight is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children
